What happens if something goes wrong with your purchase

1. Our General Policy

At HostelNet, we want every customer to have a smooth experience. Because our product is a digital voucher code delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once a voucher has been delivered and used. However, if something went wrong on our end, we will make it right.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 07072319238 or email hostelnets@gmail.com with your payment reference number and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Please read this carefully before purchasing.

You changed your mind after purchase
No refund. Once a voucher is issued, it cannot be returned.
You used some data and want a refund for the rest
No refund. Partial refunds are not available once a voucher is activated.
Your plan expired with unused data
No refund. Plans expire based on time, not data usage.
The internet was slow at certain times
No refund. Speeds vary depending on network conditions.
You entered the wrong email address
Contact us. We will resend to the correct email if you verify your payment. No refund but we will fix it.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with:

We respond within 1 Business Day and resolve valid refunds within 3–5 Business Days back to your original payment method.

5. Service Interruptions

In the event of a prolonged outage (more than 24 hours), we will offer affected customers either a replacement voucher for remaining days or a proportional refund at our discretion. Minor or brief interruptions do not qualify.

6. Cancellations
