How do I connect to HostelNet WiFi?

Select your preferred plan, complete payment via Paystack, and you'll receive a voucher code via email,check your Promotions or Spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Connect to the HostelNet WiFi network and enter your voucher code on the login page to get online instantly.
Is the internet connection unlimited?

Each plan comes with a specific data allowance (e.g. 3GB, 15GB, 280GB). Once your data is used up or your plan expires, you'll need to purchase a new voucher to continue browsing.
Can I share my plan with roommates?

Yes! Some plans support multiple devices. The Dual 15 and Family 30 support up to 2 devices, while Premium plans support up to 3-4 devices. Check each plan for device limits.
What if the internet goes down?

What payment methods are accepted?

How long does my voucher stay valid?

Your voucher is valid for the duration of the plan you purchased — starting from the moment you first connect. For example, a 7-day plan gives you 7 days from first use.
I didn't receive my voucher code. What do I do?

If you completed payment but didn't receive your voucher via SMS, please contact us on WhatsApp at 07038591844 with your payment reference number and we'll resolve it immediately.
